By determination of the Ministry of Labor and Employment – MTE, as established in arts. 2nd, caput, and 4th of Ordinance 3.214, together with Decree 11.795, which regulate Law No. 14.611/2023, Chiesi Farmacêutica publishes the 1st Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report for establishments with 100 or more employees.
The reports were prepared according to the methodology defined by the MTE based on e-Social data from 2022, using the Brazilian Classification of Occupations – CBO and components of contractual salary and median salary of 2022, for classification and comparison between positions, which can does not accurately reflect the actual job and salary structure or current company dynamics.
The data was anonymized by the MTE in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 – General Personal Data Protection Law.
